This document establishes the conditions of use of the website www.dalindajewellery.com, as well as the conditions for the purchase of products through it (hereinafter, the "General Conditions"). Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy also form an integral part of these General Conditions.By accessing this website, or by using its services, you expressly and fully accept these General Conditions. 1. Company information

The owner of this website is DALINDA JEWELLERY, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, with registered address at Calle Loeches 37, 28925 Alcorcón (Madrid), Spain, CIF B25888942, registered at the Registro Mercantil de Madrid, Hoja M-873158, Inscripción 1ª.

2. Products and ordering

DALINDA offers fine jewellery pieces designed and handcrafted in Barcelona, Spain. All products displayed on the Website are made to order. This means each piece is individually crafted after the order is placed. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. DALINDA reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.By placing an order, the customer confirms that all information provided is accurate and complete. DALINDA will send an email confirming receipt of the order. The contract of sale is formed at the moment of order confirmation.

3. Made to order and lead time

All DALINDA pieces are made to order and handcrafted in our workshop in Barcelona. Please allow a lead time of 4 to 5 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. While most orders arrive earlier, we allow additional time to account for possible shipping delays.

4. Payment

Payment is processed at the time of order through the secure payment methods available on the Website, including credit/debit card and other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments or equivalent secure payment providers.

5. Shipping

All orders are shipped fully insured with tracking. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and are displayed at checkout. For shipments outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Returns, exchanges and right of withdrawal

As all DALINDA pieces are made to order according to the customer's specifications (choice of gold karatage and ring size), they are exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 103(c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spanish General Consumer Protection Act) and Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, which exclude goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Size exchanges. If your piece does not fit correctly, you may request a size exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery. We understand that some pieces, particularly engagement rings, may be purchased as gifts where the recipient's exact size is uncertain. The piece must be in perfect, unworn condition, with all original packaging. To request a size exchange, please contact us at info@dalindajewellery.com with your order number. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. DALINDA will craft a new piece in the correct size and ship it at no additional cost. Please note that, due to the nature of handcrafted jewellery, slight variations between pieces are normal and are not considered a defect.

Defective products. In the event that a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery with photographs of the issue. DALINDA will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

7. Legal guarantee

In accordance with applicable Spanish and European consumer legislation, all products sold through this Website are covered by a legal guarantee of 3 years from delivery. This guarantee covers any lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery.

8. Communications

By using this website, you agree that most communications with us will be electronic. We will contact you by email or provide information by publishing notices on this Website. For contractual purposes, you consent to this electronic means of communication and acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we send electronically comply with the legal requirements of being in writing.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this Website, including texts, photographs, graphic design, logos, collection and product names, is the intellectual property of DALINDA JEWELLERY, S.L. or its licensors. Any unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
