We share a full breakdown before you commit, and the price agreed at design approval is the price you pay. We do not work from a catalogue, and there is no minimum we ask you to fit into.

Yes. We accept resets and remodels of existing jewellery, and we work with stones provided by the client. We inspect and confirm everything is suitable for the design before beginning, and we are honest if a stone or piece is better left as it is.

Yes. Each piece is made by hand for one person, and cannot be returned or exchanged. We compensate with two things we believe in deeply: full transparency before production begins, so there are no surprises, and a complimentary first resize within twelve months of delivery.

Yes, worldwide, fully insured. Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the client outside the EU.
