RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every DALINDA piece is made to order, crafted individually in our workshop in Barcelona after you place your order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or refunds.

Size exchanges

If your piece does not fit correctly, you may request a size exchange within 30 days of delivery. We understand that some pieces, particularly engagement rings, may be purchased as gifts where the exact size is uncertain.
To request a size exchange:

1. Contact us at info@dalindajewellery.com with your order number within 30 days of receiving your piece.

2. The piece must be in perfect, unworn condition, with all original packaging.

3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Once we receive your piece, we will craft a new one in the correct size and ship it to you at no additional cost.

Please note that, due to the nature of handcrafted jewellery, slight variations between pieces are normal and are not considered a defect.

Damaged or defective pieces

If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We will assess each case individually and offer repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.
