Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Every DALINDA piece is made to order in our workshop in Barcelona. This means your piece does not exist until you place your order, it is created exclusively for you.

Please allow 4–5 weeks from the date of your order for production and dispatch. Many orders are ready before this window, but we build in this time to ensure every piece leaves our workshop to the standard it was designed to meet. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing it at info@dalindajewellery.com.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your piece reaches you safely.

In the event of any damage to the item or packaging upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@dalindajewellery.com.

Europe

We ship throughout Europe via insured courier. Standard delivery times after dispatch are 3–5 business days.

All applicable taxes and duties are calculated at checkout. No additional fees upon delivery.

Worldwide

We ship internationally via insured courier. Standard delivery times after dispatch are 5–8 business days, depending on destination.

International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by their country upon arrival. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Size Exchanges

If your piece does not fit correctly, you may request a size exchange within 30 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn and in its original packaging. For full details, please see our Returns & Exchanges page. Contact us at info@dalindajewellery.com.
